Warehouse Coordinator
Jace Loehr
Jace is the engine that keeps Three Rivers Decorating running smoothly. For nearly a year and a half, he has managed our inventory and deliveries, ensuring our team has everything they need to succeed. Jace was drawn to our tight-knit team for the personal atmosphere and the daily variety the job offers. A true "jack-of-all-trades," he also assists with installing window coverings and flooring, jumping in wherever he’s needed most.
Jace thrives on the unique challenges of each day and especially enjoys bathroom transformations, where a simple flooring change can revitalize the entire room. He appreciates the friendly nature of our small-town community and the benefit of working close to home. In his free time, Jace loves heading outdoors to unwind and go hunting. Whether in the warehouse or on-site, Jace is dedicated to every project’s success.

Marie Miller
With a background in social work, Marie excels at understanding people’s needs and building bridges to help them reach their goals. She now combines that heart for service with her passion for design, focusing on color science and architecture to create timeless, personal spaces. Marie loves the "heart of the home"—kitchens and living areas—and finds the most joy in seeing a client’s unique personality reflected in their finished project.
A proud resident of our small-town community, Marie stays busy raising her family, mentoring youth, and staying active in her church. Fun fact: She’s a former cheerleader and once used her "very loud" voice as a fun fact during a job interview! Whether she's tying a home’s style together or giving back to the community, Marie is dedicated to making every space a welcoming sanctuary.

With 27 years of customer service expertise and 23 years in marketing, Belinda has been a vital part of the Three Rivers Decorating team since 2023.
